Riverse: Citizen’s Workshop

By 28th September 2024October 26th, 2024Blog

Riverse, an initiative of the Water Environs Collective, Mumbai, brought together a range of citizens’ in Navi Mumbai at the School of Architecture, D.Y. Patil University, Nerul, in the form of a citizen’s workshop.

CASP is delighted to have been part of this workshop and contributing to its conversation around participatory development, both as an organization based in Navi Mumbai and with few of its members being migratory-residents in this city for about two decades, and which has become ‘home’. The workshop offered an exploration of how to access and shape a better vision for our cities collaboratively and through dialogue.

Thank you, Ajay Nayak @ajframes and the @riverse_india team for this opportunity, and we look forward to further conversations in the near future! It was a pleasure to share CASP’s work in this dynamic forum from which we learnt so much, through the ideas, questions, and work of everyone involved.
